Q)
Hello Will, I read your article in the Essence mag and just wanted to know what
do you consider the "perfect woman" If she could be created for you, what
would you request? Would she have to be a lover of football to have your heart?
--shana duckett, randallstown, MD
|
A)
Shana, No one is ever perfect. But a women who is secure with herself and has personality is a start for me. She definitely doesn't need to be a football fan. Football is what I do not who I am.

Q)
I know that you are mixed with AA and Korean.. I am black and Chinese... What
was the hardest thing (racially) growing up and achieving your goals? I mean
was there a hinderance for you??
--Raedawn Chung, Clearwater, FL
|
A)
Raedawn, cool name by the way. I think the hardest thing for me growing up was to understand that I was different from everyone else. I tried to fit in with the regular folks but they didn't understand the culture and how I was raised. It took awhile to figure it out. Growing up people weren't accustomed to mixed kids like us and always judged us or had a perception of us.
I used that as motivation cause I love to prove people wrong and being different is the best quality. I always turned a negative into a positive and kept moving forward toward being me. You will just have to believe in yourself and keep the faith and things will pan out.
Being black and chinese is a mix that you should be proud of cause you are a creation of God and something your parents are proud to call son. So be the best at everything you put your mind to.
